Dear all,
We have an elderly lady in the community who has been advised by her naturopath to use essential oils and castor oil for sundry chronic physical and mental health issues, which are not responding to conventional treatments by her doctor.
She has used essential oils in the distant past and says they made her feel better.
She would therefore be very grateful for ANY essential oils that anyone can gift (in particular Rosemary, Lavender, Cedarwood, Peppermint , Sandalwood and Sandalore - but not restricted to these by any means), and also castor oil.
She said she does not mind if the bottles are open and/or partially used.
As we are perennially short of volunteer drivers, delivery would be much appreciated.

Dear all,
We have an elderly lady in the community who suffers from chronic stomach issues, and has been advised to consume kefir and kombucha daily, in order to replenish her disturbed gut microbiome.
If anyone has a scoby and/or kefir grains they can gift, please email me on peteranderson1958@gmail.com.

The daughter of a single parent in the local community is studying medicine and needs a stethoscope. Her mum is struggling to make ends meet as it is, and would greatly appreciate a gift of a stethoscope. If there are any retired doctors and nurses here who don't need their stethoscopes anymore, and wouldn't mind gifting them, please email me on peteranderson1958@gmail.com.
