You don't need to throw your unwanted things away or ask the council to take them. Someone locally may still find them useful. If you live in the Rushden or Higham Ferrers area please join up, give them away and help each other out. A much better option than sending it to landfill.

Dear all, If anyone has any padlocks to spare that can be used to lock suitcases and travel bags, I would be very grateful for them. We have a bunch of suitcases and holdalls (all donated by kind Freeglers) packed and ready to go, but no locks and keys! Please find a white UK socket adaptor for USB which could be used to further adapt either micro or nano cables to charge or use. Paint pads work best on flat surfaces to get smooth finish - there is even a corner pad inside which is handy - easy to use with lot less mess than a roller ! We have some family cine film spools from an old aunt. But we have no projector. We seen this in a charity shop and bought it for £5. Unfortunately it’s not the type to show our films. As far as we can tell it does seem to work, light, fan and mechanism. Its also been PAT tested.
