You don't need to throw your unwanted things away or ask the council to take them. Someone locally may still find them useful. If you live in the Rushden or Higham Ferrers area please join up, give them away and help each other out. A much better option than sending it to landfill.

Please find 2 complete packs of AG13 batteries with a further pack missing just 2 batteries - used in small keyring torches THE TORCH IS NOT FOR SALE it's a rechargeable usb one but this is what the batteries usually fit inside - may be other things you have that need AG13 ? Please find a silver collection of baubles & beads ( baubles may have a few marks) which are intact. There is a silver wine or bottle case not used - also a nice tie purple & silver bag. There are 3 Xmas cards with only 2 envelopes but C5 so easily obtainable and an Xmas card for Grandma that will never be used. Thank you for looking we are NN10 Rushden Northants collection only.. Dear all, We have an elderly lady in the community who has been advised by her naturopath to use essential oils and castor oil for sundry chronic physical and mental health issues, which are not responding to conventional treatments by her doctor. She has used essential oils in the distant past and says they made her feel better. She would therefore be very grateful for ANY essential oils that anyone can gift (in particular Rosemary, Lavender, Cedarwood, Peppermint , Sandalwood and Sandalore - but not restricted to these by any means), and also castor oil. She said she does not mind if the bottles are open and/or partially used. As we are perennially short of volunteer drivers, delivery would be much appreciated.
