I'm asking for a Freeview set top box with built-in hard drive to record onto. Ideally with HDMI output. If the remote is included this would be a plus, but as long as the box works that's the main thing. I can collect whenever is convenient with you. Multiyork 2 Seater Sofa

I have owned this very good quality sofa from new. It is a bit too big for my situation now so reluctantly it has to go. It is in very good condition apart from a couple of places where the cat used it as a scratching post, see pic for the worst bit. The frame will last for years more, the cushions are in excellent condition and are removable for dry cleaning if required.
